How to Boost Your Child's Immune System

Dr Bill Sears shared great tips on how we can boost our children's immune system.

Remember the 5 S.
Salmon
Salads
Smoothies
Spices e.g. cinnamon, turmeric
Supplements

Put more colour on the child's plate. Colour = pigments in vegetables/ fruits = antioxidants

Reduce the child's waist size. More abdominal fats will weaken the immune system.

Get the child moving. Movement mobilises the immune system.
